Maserati Assistance: Free and Exclusive Services for Three Years
In partnership with Europ Assistance, Maserati provides a series of specialised services that cover the driver and passengers in accidents or breakdowns in any European country (and some non-European countries). The Assistance office offers 24 hour service, 365 days a year.
In case of accident, breakdown or immobilisation of the vehicle due to theft of parts, Maserati will provide its owners with the following services:
- Roadside assistance
- Assistance for the insured party (after vehicle towage)
- Replacement car
- Homeward or outward travel for passengers
- Collection of the repaired vehicle
- Hotel costs
- Spare parts dispatch to overseas
